A victory. We obtained a crate of smuggled metal from the Knights' northern shipping line. It was a task to keep it from enemy and ally hands alike, but the metal is safely locked away.
I must make a note to the Theramore guards to immediately note any sight of Calithos on the grounds. He is far-too-eager to obtain his own sample of the metal. Lady Nightstone as well, though she seemed to outwardly cooperate moreso than him.
We do not know the full quantity of the metal, and where it was being shipped. But at the very least, we will know many of its properties and capabilities by tomorrow morning.
This is a far better alternative to discerning city law. I will rest more soundly tonight.
